WHERE IS THE GOD OF JUDGEMENT TODAY? - Ed Luek

Why has God allowed THIS world-wide pandemic to continue, while we have had OTHER pandemics in the past and not treated them as THIS one?

WHY ARE THERE SO MANY WICKED PEOPLE IN THE WORLD?

I'll try to explain these questions from a Spiritual viewpoint, one very few people approach today!

Ephesians 6:12 "For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places." WE'RE FIGHTING TO SURVIVE IN A SPIRITUAL BATTLE THAT SHOWS UP IN THE PHYSICAL WORLD!

Even though we can't see the Spirit world, it STILL exists!

Many forget that God is a SPIRIT, is long-suffering, and patient WAY beyond our understanding!

It's NOT that He doesn't care about what's going on, but that He is DRAWING people through the Holy Spirit, to come to Jesus Christ, the Saviour, THROUGH our ongoing TRIALS and TRIBULATIONS!

One day God's patience will wear out and He'll end mankind's chances for salvation in the final judgements!

Romans 2:4 "Or despisest thou the riches of his goodness and forbearance and longsuffering; not knowing that the goodness of God leadeth thee to repentance?"

2 Peter 3:9 "The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance."

GOD WANTS NONE OF US TO GO THROUGH EVERLASTING TORMENT! That's why He (as Jesus Christ the Saviour of the world) died for the sins of mankind! (John 3:16).

We are condemned to hell when WE CHOOSE to REJECT God's GIFT of salvation!

THIS IS THE REASON WHY THOSE WHO ARE EVIL ARE STILL ARE AWAITING JUDGEMENT! God is giving them the chance to repent! (I know that this sounds too incredible, but please reread Romans 2:4 and 2 Peter 3:9 above!)

In the book of Malachi, God speaks to the religious leaders of the day, chastising them for their failure to correctly guide His people!

Malachi 2:17 "Ye have wearied the LORD with your words. Yet ye say, Wherein have we wearied him? When ye say, Every one that doeth evil is good in the sight of the LORD, and he delighteth in them; or, Where is the God of judgment?"

This is typical of many preachers today! They preach a, "feel good, prosperity gospel," NOT THE TRUE gospel of Jesus Christ!

Today many call good...evil, and evil...good!

2 Peter 3:4 "And saying, Where is the promise of his coming? for since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of the creation."

MANY THINK THAT GOD DOESN'T EXIST ANYMORE BECAUSE OF WHAT'S GOING ON TODAY!

2 Peter 3:3, 7 "3. Knowing this first, that there shall come in the last days scoffers, walking after their own lusts,

7. But the heavens and the earth, which are now, by the same word are kept in store, reserved unto fire against the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men."

(Read the book of Revelation for the details of how HORRIBLE life will be like during the Great Tribulation Period!)

God's final judgements will involve FIRE (verse 7 above)! You WON'T WANT to be here then! AND these judgements are coming SOON!

HOW SOON?

NO ONE IS SURE!

Jesus declares,

Matthew 24:36 "But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only."

Q. SO WHAT'S THE POINT OF THIS ARTICLE?

A. To ask you to decide WHERE you want your soul to spend its eternity! One day we WILL die and our body will rot away!

BUT OUR SOUL LASTS FOREVER!

Ezekiel 18:20a "The soul that sinneth, it shall die..."

There are two paths! One, THROUGH Jesus Christ leads to eternal life. John 14:6 "Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me."

The other, by rejecting Jesus' gift of life to us at the cross, is torment and burning in an inescapable darkness forever!

(For you Roman Catholics, PURGATORY DOESN'T EXIST! It's a trick of the devil to have you put off your decision to receive Jesus Christ as your LORD and Saviour!)

When you burn, YOU'LL BURN FOREVER!)

Proverbs 8:36 "But he that sinneth against me wrongeth his own soul: all they that hate me love death."

WITHOUT the blood of Jesus Christ to cleanse you of your sins, YOU DO NOT have a chance for salvation! You will spend eternity burning in darkness!

BUT YOU DON'T HAVE TO SUFFER FOREVER!

BELIEVE NOW!

Believe that Jesus died on the Cross for the forgiveness of your sins! Then He was buried, but three days later He arose from the dead according to the scriptures! This is the gospel. 1 Corinthians 15:1-4. Believe this gospel, and sincerely ask God to forgive you of your sins will SAVE you FOREVER! (Sins are those things that offend God who is perfect...things like breaking God's Ten Commandments are sins.)

No sin will EVER be allowed to enter into Heaven if its attached to your soul! (The soul that sinneth it shall die!)

Unforgiven sin will one day cause you to spend your eternity in torment because you didn't believe the gospel, and ask God to forgive you of your sins. The plan of salvation is really pretty simple! (That's why God made it that way!)

YOU CANT LIVE A GOOD ENOUGH LIFE TO PLEASE GOD!

ONLY JESUS WAS SINLESS!

Ask God today to forgive your sins and believe the gospel account of Jesus Christ's life (above)!

He WILL save you if you are sincere!
